JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A leading multi brand Retailer is looking for an experienced General Manager to head up the operations of the business. You will be responsible for all brands across various locations within the UAE and their day to day operations.
You will also work with the Business Development Director to coordinate expansion plans and new lease agreements. You will manage all staff and be responsible for recruitment and development of all the teams.
This is a great role for someone who is seeking autonomy but is driven and experienced, You will report directly into the owner.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must come from a strong retail background and have previous experience at general manager level. You must be comfortable managing multiple locations and have a very dynamic attitude. You will also need to be able to work autonomously and be a great problem solver.
The brands range from beauty care, to fashion so a diverse background in retail would be beneficial.
