General Manager Sales MENA - Multinational Genetic Testing Company
Currently working with a Multinational Genetic Testing Company who urgently require a MENA General Manager to be based in Dubai (sales).
Biotechnology - Genetics - Genes - Testing
Job role
• Responsible directly for UAE sales
• Develop and maintain UAE clients
• Manage MENA Sales team of 5 persons, GCC & North Africa
• Communicate the sales strategy and targets to the sales teams
• Review and analyse sales reports to assess sales activity and ensure quality and quantity of sales meets business targets
• Developing sales strategies and action plans
• Report directly to Global Sales Director
• Meet regularly with key clients, agencies and partners to strengthen relationship, build business profile, acquire feedback and promptly address grievances.
REQUIREMENTS
• 3 - 5 years proven UAE sales track record
• Must have regional management, leader experience
• Medical background/qualifications, Biotechnology, Genetics, or similar
• Great networking capabilities
• Arabic Speaking
