JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our healthcare team in the UAE. As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages. You will diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions, promote wellness, and manage chronic illnesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of patients.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies based on patients' needs.
- Provide preventive care and health education to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest medical research and advancements in healthcare.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.
- Manage patient follow-ups and review treatment progress.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice in all interactions.

Requirements:

- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Practitioner.
- Strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of medical protocols and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and training.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
