JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
On behalf of our client we are looking for a German speaking Executive Assistant with excellent written and spoken grammar.
• Full time (5 days, Sunday - Thursday, 09.00 am - 06.00 pm, 1 hour lunch break)
• Assisting in legal works
• File keeping
• Preparing outgoing correspondence
• Proof-reading in German and English language
• Coordinating translations
• Preparing and amending templates and presentations
• Internal office management
• Answering telephone calls and reception tasks
• Attending and welcoming clients
• General administrative work
• Archiving literature
• Handling easy IT problems
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 14,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: All inclusive - with the addition of health insurance
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent German speaking with highest proficiency in German grammar
• Business fluent English
• Confident and loyal person
• Attention to detail
• Structured mindset
• Strong organizational skills
• Client and team oriented
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office
• Affinity for IT
• Newcomers to the UAE welcome
