JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client a Dubai based European professional services company we are looking to recruit a German Speaking Team Assistant. Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for the following:

• File keeping
• Preparing outgoing correspondence
• Proof-reading in German and English language
• Coordinating translations
• Preparing and amending templates and presentations
• Internal office management
• Answering telephone calls and reception tasks
• Attending and welcoming clients
• General administrative work
• Archiving literature

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be a native German speaker with excellent written grammar, have completed Arbitur examinations with a minimum of two years administration experience.
