Our Client is a prestigious Real Estate business with operations around the world. They are recruiting a Tax Director to spearhead their Global operations.

Our Client, a Multinational Real Estate business has assets globally - they are recruiting a Global Tax Director to be the focal point of contact for their strategic decisions related to Taxation.
Description
- Conduct research on international tax issues and recommend solutions to optimise tax spends and mitigate risks
- Liaise with external agencies to provide advise to support business operations
- Responsible for implementing and keeping up-to-date with the transfer pricing model
- Act as the primary liaison with tax authorities in Europe
- Ensure timely submission of income tax returns in collaboration with external parties
- Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual VAT reconciliations
- Keeping up-to-date with the changes in tax legislation in all jurisdictions globally

Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience, of which at least 5 years are in a leadership role managing a Global Tax function - this requirement is mandatory- Experience of handling Taxation matters in European markets is mandatory
- A Bachelor's and/or Postgraduate Degree in Finance or related
- Professional Accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, CIMA, or CA is an added advantage.
