Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Manager to lead and enhance the customer experience at our Health & Wellness Center. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent service standards, improving client satisfaction, and managing a team of customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Satisfaction
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance client experience.
• Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement strategies.

Operations & Service Quality
• Oversee the front desk and reception area to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain service quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and provide effective solutions.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent work experience in customer service, management, or a similar role within the wellness or healthcare industry.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: commission
