JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
The purpose of this role is to create Graphic content for both print and digital requirements while ensuring that Brand Guidelines are adhered to. The Graphic design officer can understand the brief requirements and produce artwork that conveys the message and objective clearly, within the framework of the master brand.
A day-to-day brand custodian in everything that they do, the Graphic Design Officer brings the organization's Brand to life in print and digital format – and builds intrinsic relationships across the organisation to support the objectives of the business units.
Accountabilities
• Develop Graphic artwork such as BTL, events, key visual concepts, illustrations and infographics
• Select colours, images, text style and layout based on Brand guidelines or other requirements
• A brand custodian at heart, embodying the brand values and guidelines in every piece of work
• Present the artwork concept to the Graphic Design Manager, Lead and clients
• Incorporate changes recommended by Graphic Design Manager, Lead and the business
• Review designs for errors to ensure standards are met before preparing the print files
• Create artwork that visually conveys the message of the brief or portray the product
• Communicate with clients to educate them based on Brand requirements act as Brand ambassadors
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree such as Fine Arts in Computer Graphics
• At least 3-5 years post-graduate design experience
• A can-do, supportive and client facing attitude – willing to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be externally referenced, and creative to the core – constantly looking for ways to Improve
