Position Title: Graphic Designer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the leading holiday home agencies in Dubai specializing in short-term stays
Job Description:
• Create visually appealing brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and other marketing materials to promote properties and real estate services
• Design digital assets for online advertising, social media campaigns, and email marketing
• Design presentations and visual aids showcasing properties to prospective buyers or renters
• Maintain and enhance the brand identity by designing consistent and compelling branding elements, including logos, color schemes, and visual guidelines
• Ensure that property features, layouts, and benefits are effectively communicated through the design
Requirements:
Qualifications:• 38 years old and below
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in the similar role
• Experience in creating designs for real estate properties, listings, or related industry
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
