Charterhouse is working with a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of their industry who are looking to hire a talented Graphic Designer to join their team. As the Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to their visual brand identity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a pivotal role in bringing marketing campaigns to life through stunning visuals.
The Graphic Designer will be involved in various visual design tasks to boost brand and marketing efforts. The main responsibilities will include Visual Design, Branding and Identity, Creative Strategy and Project Management, and captivating visual assets for diverse marketing materials, both digital and print. This includes crafting graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, ads, and other marketing channels. Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines as well as developing and upholding the company's visual brand identity.
This role ensures that all design elements, such as logos, colours, and typography adhere to brand standards. Collaborating with the marketing and content teams, you will conceptualize and execute visual elements that support marketing campaigns. Additionally, staying updated on design trends and industry best practices informs your creative work. Efficiently managing multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery, is a core part of the role.
The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field along with 5 years of experience in the capacity of a Graphic Designer, accompanied by a compelling portfolio that effectively demonstrates your design prowess and creativity.
Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), is advantageous. Equally crucial is a deep comprehension of design principles, typography, and colour theory. In addition to your design skills, exceptional communication abilities and the knack for seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams are pivotal attributes.
