JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key Role:
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, sports academies, and community groups across GCC.
• Execute grassroots activations and events to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
• Conduct product demos, trials, and comfort testing for footwear categories.
• Coordinate with event organizers, coaches, and influencers to drive engagement.
• Gather real-time product feedback from students, parents, and community members.
• Support retail stores by driving local footfall through targeted outreach.
• Ensure branding, POS materials, and displays are correctly implemented at events.
• Track competitor activities at community and campus levels.
• Prepare weekly activation reports and engagement summaries.
• Align local activities with marketing and retail teams.
Requirements:
Skills & Requirements• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or event activation, preferably within footwear, sportswear, or retail brands.
• Strong knowledge of GCC regions, local cultures, school and university event structures, and community networks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with youth groups, sports communities, and educational institutions.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, travel, and event management across GCC locations.
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
