Position Title: Grill Man
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client:
A high-end, Levant, casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine based in Dubai

Job Description:
- Prepare and grill various types of meats, vegetables, and other foods.
- Marinate meats and prepare food items in advance.
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and consistency according to recipes
- Keep consistency in the taste and appearance of grilled items to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation,
- Keep the grill and surrounding area clean and organized, following all health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation

Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Open to Indian and Syrian nationalities
- Male, 40 years old below
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same role within UAE

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
