JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
* Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation jobs and conduct control calls with drivers.
- Monitor live system alerts and address issues such as delays, traffic, or flight changes.
- Process and confirm booking requests with accurate details.
- Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and clients to resolve operational queries.
- Update internal systems and ensure all job information is complete.
- Prepare quotations and assign suitable drivers or suppliers.
- Provide clear shift handovers and highlight any operational risks.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and ongoing knowledge of systems and procedures.
Requirements:
* Skills & Competencies- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in fast?paced environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Clear, professional communication across phone and email.
- Strong relationship?building skills with clients, suppliers, and drivers.
- Confident decision?making and problem?solving abilities.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
