Job Description:
• Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources.
• Oversee employee compensation, recruitment, and personnel policies.
• Manage performance assessments, regulatory compliance, and provide support.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risk.
• Prepare and present reports on HR performance to senior management.
Requirements:

Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationalities
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in same role
• Experience in managing HR functions across multiple locations or divisions
• In-depth understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance issues relevant to HR
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HRCI) is highly desirable
