Job description
The role is responsible for activities related to the processing and documentation of insurance.
Key responsibilities:
- Process endorsements including modifications, addition/deletion of employees in a prompt manner while providing quality service to clients.
- Proactively report critical issues to management in line with company policy.
- Cross sell/up sell various policies of insurance using effective negotiation strategies and close sales.
- Create and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
- Any other related duties/projects assigned from time to time to meet the business needs.
Requirements
Skills:
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organised.
- Able to work well under pressure with targets.
- Good at multi-tasking.
- The ability to prioritise work.
- Good computer skills including Word and Excel (MS Office).
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products with awareness of current market trends.
- Strong connections with other insurance companies and underwriters.
