Job description

The role is responsible for activities related to the processing and documentation of insurance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process endorsements including modifications, addition/deletion of employees in a prompt manner while providing quality service to clients.
  • Proactively report critical issues to management in line with company policy.
  • Cross sell/up sell various policies of insurance using effective negotiation strategies and close sales.
  • Create and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Any other related duties/projects assigned from time to time to meet the business needs.

Requirements

Skills:

  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organised.
  • Able to work well under pressure with targets.
  • Good at multi-tasking.
  • The ability to prioritise work.
  • Good computer skills including Word and Excel (MS Office).

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products with awareness of current market trends.
  • Strong connections with other insurance companies and underwriters.
