JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A leading financial services organisation whom are experiencing a period of high growth are searching for a senior manager to lead their leasing acquisitions of branch locations to help support increased work flow across products and business units.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced leasing professional to take on group ownership of all leasing activities of the firm across the UAE. The role will have full autonomy of developing the acquisition strategy of the group and have the opportunity to increase profitability by improving existing terms.

As the lead of the department, this role will take on management responsibilities for the existing team with scope and view to build out and develop things moving forwards. The Group Senior Leasing Manager will work closely with multiple business units on different projects and tasks and will have strong visibility from the senior management.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have at least 10 years’ experience within landlord or tenant leasing, ideally with an understanding of requirements for financial services branches. Having strong relationships with property owners and agents in the region is a must.
