JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As a Guest Relationship Officer for our client’s arcade business, you will be the welcoming face of the establishment. Your role includes providing excellent customer service, managing reservations for special events, and handling cash transactions efficiently.
Welcome and Inform:
• Greet and assist guests warmly.
• Provide information on available amenities and entertainment options.
Reservations and Events:
• Manage reservations for special events like birthdays.
• Coordinate event logistics and ensure readiness.
• Assist guests with inquiries and game-related information.
• Create a friendly and engaging atmosphere.
• Process payments accurately and securely.
• Maintain cash register and reconcile sales.
AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
