TE is the exclusive distributor of Volvo, Chrysler, Dodge and Ram products in the UAE. In addition, it is the distributor of Jeep in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Across its sales, service and parts operations, Trading Enterprises continues to grow as the business expands every year.
We are looking to recruit a Guest Relations Officerto work inDubai.
Your role will include the following:
* Handling all incoming telephone communications, noting reasons for call and forwarding to relevant team members, subject to availability.
* Providing excellent customer service as per company policy and procedures.
* Resolving customer queriespromptly, within company guidelines, before escalating to higher level if necessary.
* Attending to customer needs, understand their requirements so that maximum number of enquiries are handled quickly and forwarded on responsibly.
* Logging calls (including time, date and caller details).
* Maintaining an up to date knowledge ofpersonnel and procedures.
* Dealingwith 'drop in' customers as quickly and proficiently as possible, by coordinating with employees and customers.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills:
* Strong English communication skills.
* 1-2 years experience of previous Reception duties or customer service.
* Excellent telephone manners.
* Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach.
* An understanding ofIT systems would be advantageous.
* Arabic is a must.
* Female candidates are preferred.
