Position Title: Guest Service Ambassador
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Greet incoming guests, provide excellent customer service, and to create a safe and friendly environment for the guests.
• Answer guests' questions and Direct them to the area, such as restaurants, showroom, and other amenities
• Contribute to a positive, empowering work environment by consistently performing assigned day-to-day responsibilities
• Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multitask
• Complete all duties and adhere to all company policies and legal requirements regarding safety, health, and welfare of guests, employees, and the property
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open for any Arabic nationals
• 35 years old and below
• Certification in Hospitality Management is an advantage
• At least 2 years of previous experience working in a similar resort setting
• With entry-level of sales experience are welcome
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
