About the Role
PrimeShineDXB is a premium on-site vehicle care service operating within luxury hotels and residential properties in Dubai. We are seeking well-presented and professional Guest Service Representatives to represent our brand on-site at partner hotels and residences.
As a Guest Service Representative, you will be positioned in valet and drop-off areas, working closely with hotel teams to inform guests about our car wash and vehicle shine services in a polite, professional, and non-intrusive manner. You will be the face of our brand and play a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet hotel guests and residents in a courteous and professional manner.
• Inform guests about PrimeShineDXB’s on-site car wash and shine service using approved scripts and service guidelines.
• Coordinate with valet and hotel staff to ensure smooth vehicle handover and service flow.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using a tablet-based point-of-sale system.
• Collect and register vehicle information (model, color, license plate, parking number) into the system.
• Maintain a calm, polished, and professional presence at all times while on duty.
• Ensure all guest interactions follow company standards and hotel etiquette.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as set by management.
• Handle guest questions and basic service inquiries in a confident and reassuring manner.
• Escalate complaints or service issues to the supervisor promptly and professionally.
• Ensure personal appearance, uniform, and grooming standards are always met.
• Support marketing and promotional activities when required (flyers, awareness campaigns, new service launches).
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and vehicle information at all times.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong customer service mindset with a polite and respectful approach.
• Confidence in approaching guests in a hospitality setting.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Basic sales or hospitality experience preferred (hotel, airline, retail, concierge, or customer service roles).
• Comfortable using tablets and digital systems for payments and data entry.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
Salary:
AED
9,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: 500 AED
