JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Guest Services Officer - Concierge to join our Front Office team. You will be responsible for answering questions, giving direction and making detailed reservations or recommendations.

This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues and transportation options, and offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests. We are looking for a team player with a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

* Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Front Desk Agent / Concierge at a five stars property environment.
* Excellent knowledge of Dubai culture, venues and attractions.
* Refined verbal and written communication skills in English; a good command of an additional international language will be an asset.
* Well-presented and able to represent the Park Hyatt brand.
* Exceptional interpersonal and superior customer service skills with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
* A strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
