JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Attend to all maintenance and repair requirements within the hotel while ensuring minimal disturbance to hotel guests.
To ensure all mechanical room are well maintained and cleaned all the times
Support the technicians to ensure that engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including general property maintenance energy conservation, are working properly and up to the standard.
REQUIREMENTS
COMPETENCIES:
- Trade qualified in electrical or HVAC
- Read and understand blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical parts breakdown.
- Competent oral and written English language communication skills
- Communicate with different types of people to comprehend what they want and to provide them with information.
- Knowledge of all emergency procedures, including but not limited to, fire response, emergency medical procedures, bomb threat plan, water leak emergency procedure, gas leak procedures, electrical failure procedures and elevator procedures.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years experience as a service technician, preferably in the hospitality or hospital industry .
