Position Title: Head Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 11K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
Greek Modern Restaurant in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
• Responsible for preparing and cooking recipes and food items as per standard recipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing waste
• Responsible for food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
• Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Control and direct the food preparation process, managing and working closely with other Chefs
• Staff training, discipline and regular staff assessments and evaluations
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Degree in culinary or any related courses and certifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior role handled BOH kitchen operations
• Experience from restaurants that offers Mediterranean cuisines is preferred
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
