JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Head Chef
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
High-end casual dining restaurant located in Dubai
Job Role:
• Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
• Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
• Approve and “polishing” dishes before they reach the customer
• Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
• Be fully in charge of managing and training kitchen staff
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• 45 years old and below
• At least 1 year experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining or well-known restaurant
