JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Head Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and service charge

They provide plant-based and cruelty free meal preparations with culinary excellence and a diversity of flavours.
Job Description:
- Creating and maintaining an excellent vegan menu selection, keeping in mind the target guests
- Actively seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner;
- Manage the provision of food to Food and Beverage outlets and taking action where necessary to ensure compliance with current legislation
- Maintain good communication and work relationships in all Cafe areas; Ensure team members have an up-to-date knowledge of menu items, special promotions, functions and events
- Comply with Cafe security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation, Coordinate and ensure all DM formalities are in place and approved by authorities
REQUIREMENTS
- Open to South African, South American, French, Belgian and Indonesian nationals
- 50 years old and below
- At least 10 years of total experience and 5 years of experience in Vegan or Organic cuisine
- Must have HACCP certification.
