About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and talented Head Chef to lead our culinary team at a well-established café brand in Abu Dhabi. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences, developing innovative menus, and managing kitchen operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high culinary standards of our café and contributing to its reputation as a culinary hotspot in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and update menus that showcase creativity and cater to diverse customer preferences.
- Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain inventory control and manage food costs to meet budgetary targets.

REQUIREMENTS

- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth through culinary excellence.
- Stay updated with culinary trends and incorporate innovative ideas into menu offerings.
