About the Client:
A Dubai based F&B group that has unique concept of a Bakery and Café

Job Description:
• Lead culinary team and oversee hot / cold sections and staff meal.
• Develop and execute innovative menus.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually enhance the restaurant's culinary offerings.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
• Must be an expert in International and Arabic cuisine
