JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Head Chef up to 22k Aed for a Leading Hospitality Group in Dubai
- Manage the resources of the kitchen and to ensure that the support systems to the kitchen, restaurant and outdoor function operations are running effectively, and within budget
- Control and supervise the preparation and presentation of food in line with company standards and brand requirements
- Supervises and takes part in the preparation and production of all food products
- Plans and develops menus in coordination with the management
- Works closely with subordinates to ensure information transmission at all time
REQUIREMENTS
- POSITION: Head Chef
- SALARY: up to 22,000 AED plus annual KPI bonus depending on qualifications and experience
- HIRING COMPANY: Leading Hospitality Group
- LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Immediately (1 month notice max)
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/ Fulltime
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
- Open to American nationality, open to Arabic candidates with American passport
- Male/Female, 28 to 45 years old
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Certified Chef de Cuisine or Culinary Arts Diploma
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Previous experience from American franchise/brand
- Excellent knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, Sanitation, and Personal Hygiene basics
- Strong leadership, motivational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Open for candidates from GCC countries
