JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the Owner / Manager, the Head Chef is responsible for the entire set up of this brand new, stand alone restaurant including creating the menu, sourcing suppliers, assisting with recruiting the team & managing the budgets & costs. Leading a small team & working closely with the Front of House Manager, this is an exciting new opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS

The desired candidate will be trained by a Japanese Sushi Master & preferably have worked in authentic Japanese Sushi restaurants. Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese & Korean candidates are highly sought. Pre-opening experience in the UAE is also highly desirable.
