JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of outsourced accountants, managing recruitment, training, development, and oversight.
- Stay updated with and ensure compliance to the UAE tax legislation.
- Engage with clients, providing consultations to both potential and existing clients.
- Analyze and work through various cases related to taxation and accounting across different business sectors.
- Allocate tasks and oversee their completion within the team.
- Calculate KPIs and prepare departmental reports.
- Facilitate communication with adjacent departments (sales, legal, operations, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Russian.
- Higher education in accounting or a related field.
- Practical accounting experience in the UAE.
- Strong client orientation and communication skills.
- Proficient user of PC and accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Zoho Accounting, First Bit, etc.).
- Experience as a Chief Accountant or Head of Department is essential.
- Knowledge of CRM Bitrix 24 is preferred.
