We are a leading real estate developer in the UAE, seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Agency Department. This is a confidential search for a highly skilled professional who will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, managing broker relationships, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the Agency Department, ensuring achievement of sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with brokerage partners and external agencies.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver excellence in client servicing and sales execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to optimize department performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to align departmental objectives with overall business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices in real estate sales.

Requirements:
