JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Client is a world recognized airline with huge growth plans and an excellent brand image.
This role acts as the central point of contact and champion; responsible and accountable for developing and implementing the aircraft cabin specification of all aircraft types during all their lifespan. The cabin interior of the aircraft is the visible face of our client to their Guests and is therefore the main driver of the perceived image. The objective of the job holder is to develop an innovative cabin where our Guests can feel comfortable and at ease and will consequently identify themselves with the brand. A top of the rank cabin will generate Guest loyalty impacting directly on profitability.
This is a small team –reports to the Head of Cabin Interior (who reports to the VP, Guest Experience)
Budget management – being able to identify what is required for the customer but commercially astute to be profitable for the organisation
Project managing cross functional teams – be able to work with engineers, third party supplier (proven experience on your CV is essential)
REQUIREMENTS
This is not an engineering role, the candidate can have a technical background but need to be able to develop cabin interior from a guest experience perspective.
It is essential the candidate has led cabin interior projects, innovation etc.
- Degree required
- 7 years work experience, minimum of 5 years in this field.
