Guildhall is seeking a Head of Communication to join our innovative team. Responsibilities:
- Developing a worldwide communications strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive communications strategy rooted in web3 principles and our core values.
- Interpreting and popularizing technical features: Effectively communicate the features of our technical teams to a wider audience.
- Increasing online presence and outreach: Enhance our online presence and outreach through various communication mechanisms.
- Managing web3 communications: Oversee web3 communications activities, including coordinating Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, organizing community managers, and maintaining a distinctive web3 branding.
- Coordinating PR efforts: Collaborate with PR teams to coordinate, track, and analyze PR efforts, including press releases, media contacts, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management.
- Managing editorial planning: Ensure consistent and well-maintained editorial planning, with a focus on thoughtful anticipation.
- Bringing creativity to the table: Generate innovative ideas and possibilities for our community and customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in management roles within communications, with a preference for experience in web3 and related technologies.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and nurture a well-established team in alignment with our company values.
- Deep passion for blockchain, web3, and cryptocurrencies, along with a strong commitment to associated web3 values.
- Essential experience in global project management, particularly within the web3 domain.
- Strong capacity for prioritization and excellent work ethic, enabling you to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Exceptional English writing and communication skills, ensuring clear and effective communication across various channels.
- Strategic thinking abilities, coupled with the capacity to work independently and handle diverse tasks.
- Proficiency in at least two languages, with fluency in a third language considered a valuable asset.
