We are looking to hire an outstanding Head of Department English Department to join our team for AY 2025-2026.

Successful candidates will need to:
- A bachelor's degree in English with a B.Ed. in the relevant subject aligned with the job role or subject related degree with a PGCE / PGDE or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven qualified experience of teaching Secondary English (minimum 4 years teaching and leadership role experience post qualified.)
- GCSE level teaching required, A-Levels preferred.
- The ability to share your outstanding practice
- Interested in career growth, leadership, sustainability
- A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
- Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
