JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As the Head of Digital Banking Solutions at Raqmiyat, you will be responsible for leading our digital banking practice, driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our banking clients. Leveraging your expertise in digital banking technologies and your strategic vision, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of banking through the delivery of transformative digital solutions.

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the digital banking solutions practice, aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.
• Provide thought leadership and stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments in the digital banking space.
• Drive innovation by conceptualizing and developing new digital banking products and services, leveraging technologies such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, and cloud computing.

Client Engagement:

• Collaborate closely with banking clients to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and recommending tailored digital banking solutions to address client needs.

Business Development:

• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within the digital banking market and developing strategies to expand our client base.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives at banking institutions, to position [Company] as a preferred partner for digital banking initiatives.

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Yearly bonus, Family Insurance & Tickets.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in leading digital banking initiatives, preferably within a system integrator or consulting firm.
• Deep understanding of digital banking technologies, platforms, and solutions, with hands-on experience in solution design and delivery.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into actionable plans and solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and engage with clients at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in driving business development and achieving revenue targets in the digital banking domain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
