Head of Finance

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, including finance managers, analysts, and accountants, as well as tax and compliance specialists.
• Manage the entire Finance & Inventory operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, and treasury operations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the business segment.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to plan and deliver financial, commercial, and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international tax and accounting regulations.
• Improve front-end margins by increasing efficiencies at the sourcing and selling points.

REQUIREMENTS

Salary: up to 45K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai based chain of discount retail stores within UAE, with known expansion in the Middle East Region.

Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationality
• Male, 50 years old and below
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior leadership role from FMCG industry
• Expert in using SAP
• Must be a Charted Accountant
