JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
One of my clients is looking for a Head of IT/ CIO to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate with be responsible to achieve business objectives by delivering innovative & cost effective technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 8 resources across IT network, infrastructure, operations & applications.
- Ownership of IT annual budget
- Ownership of Corporate IT Strategy including projects development and roll out
- Lower cost of operations through IT Enablement
- Negotiation and Development of Service Level Agreements and monitoring performance against these SLA's
- Lead the business in providing IT solutions, which includes areas of business process automation, and enhancements to online customer experience
- Involved in Budget Planning, Policies & Procedures, Resource Planning, Project Deliveries.
- Development of Risk & Compliance Frameworks
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven Track Record of 10-15 years
- Candidates coming from a Bank or Large Conglomerate will be given preference
- Ability in managing teams
- Ability in taking decision related to IT Budgets, IT Policy Implementations, Service Level Agreements, Network and Infrastructure Upgrades, and Project Deliverables
