Are you an IT leader ready to drive transformation at scale? A leading Dubai bank is looking for a Head of IT Infrastructure to oversee and modernize their technology landscape. What you’ll do:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT infrastructure team
Oversee the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
Deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget, working closely with business and technology stakeholders
Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and security upgrades
Ensure robust governance, compliance, and disaster recovery processes
Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
15+ years of IT infrastructure experience, ideally including banking or financial services exposure
Deep technical skills across Microsoft stacks (Azure, O365, Intune, Entra ID), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud, and security
Proven experience leading and developing IT teams
Strong track record in delivering complex IT projects with significant budgets
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field; certifications such as Microsoft, AWS, or PRINCE2 are a plus

Requirements:
We are seeking a senior IT infrastructure leader with a strong track record in banking or large-scale enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, including recent leadership roles overseeing teams and managing complex technology projects.Key attributes:
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Office 365, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and enterprise security
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse technical teams
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, and digital transformation initiatives on time and within budget
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Strong background in IT governance, compliance, and disaster recovery planning within regulated environments, ideally banking or financial services
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (Microsoft, AWS, PRINCE2) are highly valued
Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and driving operational excellence
Salary:
AED
50,000 to 60,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
