JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Head of Portfolio Development - Boutique hospitality & Management company based in Dubai.
Our Client is a growing hospitality and property management company based in Dubai. Due to the continued success and expansion of the organisation a new opportunity has arisen for a Head of Portfolio Development.
This candidate will be responsible for the growth and acquisition of premium apartments and villas across the region, creating relationships with owners and investors as well as ensuring an excellent standard of management across each property. The candidate will identify suitable homes to manage on behalf of owners - market to them, create relationships, close deals and build rapport with each newly accepted homeowner or property manager. They will work on bringing on new supply and through effective pricing and homeowner expectation management, ensuring these homes reach their full commercial potential by achieving the desired occupancy level.
REQUIREMENTS
The applicant will require a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience within Dubai. Candidates should have good working knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market and have moved house within the region to understand the process. An outbound sales personality is essential, cold calling and networking is a key part to this role. The applicants must be target driven and have excellent negotiation and communication skills. A UAE driving license is required.
