JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Leadership, organization and optimization of the quality department and responsibility for driving and leading the local team
• Strategic planning and monitoring of all duties of the quality and guarantee management
• Responsibility to ensure compliance of guideline for product quality and product safety
• Technical evaluation of guarantee aspects with the appropriate documentation and representation of the results
• Creation and modification of inspection plans and in charge of blocking and release of stock
• Strong cooperation with the department of technology, quality and guarantee management at the headquarters in Germany, to assure an efficient and prompt product and process improvement
REQUIREMENTS
• Fundamental experience within the automotive industry, particularly within quality management and high technical affinity with spare parts
• Degree in quality management is a plus
• Business fluent in English / German language is an added advantage
• Fundamental skills in MS-Office
• Experience in using a CAQ-software, as well as an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Enthusiasm, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Proven organizational competence
• Structured and analytical mindset with leadership experience
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
