JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Roles
- Responsible for defining quality assurance strategy, approach and execution in line with ISQM requirements.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise within Quality Assurance (QA).
- Focus on continuous QA improvements in audit.
- Work with Audit managers and Partners to develop and execute QA strategies to meet quality goals.
- Test operating effectiveness of ISQM 1 and ISQM 2 requirements and ensure compliance on an ongoing basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/ICAEW or similar) from reputed Chartered Accountancy Institute
- Previous audit experience and more specifically in quality assurance role
- Understanding of quality requirements in audit and as defined in ISQM
- Practical knowledge of IFRSs and ISAs
