JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Reports to Commercial Director Middle East Africa
Our client, a publicly listed multi-national consumer electronics business is seeking a Head of Sales for the Middle East and Africa region
N.B. A minimum of 6 years of sales experience in the Middle East, preferably within the consumer electronics industry
Role Specification:
The role is primarily concerned with managing all Sales related activities in the MEA region.
Responsibilities:
-Achieving agreed Budget and Sales targets
-Maintain market share leadership in the region by developing the right sales activities
-Sales planning and forecasting, including new product introductions
-Manage all pricing aspects
-Plan and execute Promotion activity and analyse results for future improvements
-Manage appointed Distributors and Retailers across the region
-Set and monitor Sales KPIs
-Ensure maximum profitability while achieving the Budget numbers
-Manage a team of 8 people

The GM and Commercial Director, Head of Marketing, Sales Planning Analyst, Appointed Distributors
REQUIREMENTS
Person Specification
Will have min 6 years of Sales experience in the Middle East, preferable with a consumer electronics or entertainment company, or within the games industry
Must have a strong self drive and sense of prioritisation
Must be organised and methodical with the ability to multi task
Is willing to do activity outside the actual job description
Arabic speaking ideal but not a must
Fair amount of travel expected
Used to work in a small office
