JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are hiring a Head of Sales on behalf of a renowned and established real estate developer in Dubai. This role is ideal for a visionary sales leader with a proven history of success in real estate development or brokerage and a deep-rooted understanding of the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the sales strategy across all residential offerings with a focus on delivering revenue growth.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring high productivity and performance.
• Drive lead generation, client engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with channel partners, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Guide pricing, positioning, and market entry strategies for new project launches.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze market trends, and report sales performance to senior leadership.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of real estate sales leadership experience within a developer or top-tier brokerage.• Strong portfolio of success in the UAE residential property market.
• Experience leading sizable sales teams, preferably across multiple projects.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with a high degree of commercial acumen.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
