JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Develop, manage, monitor and lead the entire Structural Design Process for the Project. Managing a team of multi national staff of differing levels and ability. Will be the liaison between the team and other department. Ensure management of the Structural design process in accordance with company policy, procedures and the Design Management Plan. Ensure that the Project is adequately resourced to meet all performance criteria.
Technical Capabilities:
1. Analysis, design and detailing capabilities.
2. Structural analysis and design software experience is a must. Revit Structure is an advantage.
3. Sufficient exposure to American and British codes and standards.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Candidate must be a BSc in Structural Engineering from a reputed University, MSc is an advantage. Ideally with 15 years experience in multidisciplinary projects with engineering consultancy firms in the GCC. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
