This is for a large entity in Abu Dhabi with international operations.
Description
* Design and develop compensation and benefits structure for local and international employees
* Ensure compliance with local and international labour laws
* Work with the OD lead on job evaluations and salary gradings
* Run market and competitor analysis
* Design sales incentive schemes
* Work with performance management team on salary and bonus related programmes

REQUIREMENTS
* 10+ years in a similar role - comp & ben, reward
* Large geographical exposure (EMEA, APAC, Americas etc)
* Experience working across a diverse work force and job types
* Live in Abu Dhabi and be able to travel internationally
