JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of a leading Government Entity, Swisslinx Executive Search is looking for an experienced Head of Procurement and Administration for their offices in Dubai. This role is for an Emirati national.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Manage all administration duties: procurement, facilities management, administration
• Responsible for negotiations with vendors (ex. maintenance, housekeeping, security, stationary and office supplies, etc.)
• Managing all procurement activities: obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in managerial role within procurement
• Emirati national, with family book
