What you'll deliver
- You will define, deliver & manage a world class property portfolio within Terminals which strategically maximises revenues and contributes to the commercial success of Dubai Airports.
- You will ensure that key management principles are proactively achieved across the portfolio so as to minimize any potential for revenue leakage as a result of the SP2020 Master plan.
- Identify & secure new revenue opportunities with stakeholders, tenants and through employing global best practices, management principles across the portfolio of Dubai International & Al Maktoum International.
- You will ensure an effective property management system is in place to maintain the condition of the property portfolio and adds value to the business through dealing efficiently with customer and stakeholder requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
What you bring
- You shall be educated to a degree level or equivalent professional qualification with 8 years related experience, 5 years senior management experience within a Commercial Property business.
- Commercially driven organisation and is used to developing strategies, setting commercially challenging goals and negotiating with 3rd parties to achieve mutual commercial success.
- Demonstrable success in a multi stakeholder environment where delivering through others is a key success criterion.
- Knowledge of the key drivers of the property and asset management business.
- An appreciation of global best practices in airport operations.
- Corporate Real Estate and Financial Concepts/Applications.
