JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Responsible for food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
• Accurately and efficiently prepare the highest quality of sushi, applying quality standards, kitchen rules, policies and procedures
• Control and direct the food preparation process
• Manage and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male, 38 years old and below
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a leadership role as Head Sushi Chef preferably from a casual/ fine dining restaurants
• Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
