JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Supervise and coordinate dining room activities for a seamless service experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff during shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing diners’ needs and concerns.
• Train and mentor new waitstaff on service standards and protocols.
Requirements:
• Must have experience with Arabic or Middle Eastern cuisine.• Must currently be in the UAE
• Must be able to join to within 1 week.
• Willing to work during night shifts and holidays.
• Must be willing to go for a 3 day trial
Salary:
AED
4,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
