Position Title: Head Waiter
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8.3K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge, tips, and upselling incentives

About the Client:
A prestigious, luxury 5-star hotel located in the heart of Dubai, renowned for its exceptional service and world-class hospitality.
• Take the lead in training and mentoring the waitstaff, ensuring that they are familiar with the restaurant’s service standards, the menu, and Italian dining etiquette.
• Responsible for managing reservations, greeting guests, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• In charge of managing the flow of service in the dining room and ensure that tables are efficiently assigned, orders are taken in a timely manner, and food and beverages are delivered promptly.
• Responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring that it adheres to the highest standards of presentation and hygiene.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• A high school diploma, degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a luxury or high-end restaurant setting, wherein at least 1 year is in a supervisory level.
• Must have a knowledge and experience in a pre-opening phase of a restaurant.
